Meet the Brandon Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Brandon
We’re a local crew, not a rotating cast of subcontractors. The people who answer the phone at (656) 216-3212 are the same people who show up in a marked van with a torque wrench and a parts bin. Every technician who works under the Servo Garage Doors Brandon name carries The Haven Standard in the truck, which means a written price before work starts, a photo record when we leave, and a real person on the other end of the phone at 2 a.m. when a spring lets go. Here’s who you’ll actually meet at your door in Brandon, FL.
Our People
Marcus Deller, Owner
Marcus founded Servo Garage Doors in 2015 after spending years watching garage door companies quote one price on the phone and a different one in the driveway. He built the business on a simple rule: the customer sees the failed part before anyone quotes a replacement. That rule became Clause 4. Marcus still rides along on jobs most weeks, usually with a dial caliper in his pocket. He can tell you the wire diameter of a torsion spring by feel, and he’ll tell you the price by the numbers, not by the mood of the day. When he’s not on a job site, he’s writing documented work records the way other people write grocery lists. He lives in Brandon and has no plans to retire anywhere else.
Ray T., Lead Technician
Ray is the technician we send when a door has been “fixed” twice by someone else and still won’t balance. He’s been turning wrenches on garage doors for over a decade, and he holds certifications for LiftMaster, Genie, and Chamberlain opener systems, which means he diagnoses logic boards and limit switches without guessing. His specialty is torsion spring replacement on older Florida homes where the hardware has been fighting humidity since the 1990s. Ray is a native of Tampa and knows the Brandon neighborhoods well. Outside of work, he restores old motorcycles, which might explain why he’s so particular about torque specs.
Denise V., Service Coordinator
Denise is the voice on the phone at 3 a.m., and she’s the reason emergency calls don’t go to a voicemail tree. She’s been with Servo Garage Doors Brandon for six years and knows the difference between a broken spring and a popped cable before the customer finishes describing the sound it made. Denise schedules every job with a named technician and a real arrival window, not a four-hour “sometime today.” She also processes the photo records and written scopes so customers have documentation in hand before the van pulls out of the driveway. Denise grew up in Plant City and can tell you every back road between Brandon, Valrico, and Seffner, which helps when a door goes down at rush hour.
Tommy N., Installer
Tommy is our installation specialist, the technician who measures, levels, and hangs new doors like the reveal gap is personal. He’s installed every major brand we service: Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, and Raynor among them. Tommy handles new door installs and full opener replacements, and he’s the one who notices when a door was never balanced from the day it was installed, because that’s the first thing he checks. He’s also the apprentice mentor on the crew, which means newer technicians learn the Haven Standard clauses from someone who actually follows them. Tommy’s been with us since 2018 and still keeps a notepad in his tool bag for torque readings. He’s a father of two and coaches youth baseball in Riverview, and yes, he still wears the uniform shirt tucked in.
One Standard, Every Job

Servo Garage Doors Brandon operates as an independently owned and operated business under The Haven Standard, which is the operating rulebook every technician carries, and we follow it regardless of whether the job is a broken cable in Bloomingdale or a new door install in FishHawk. Clause 1 means a flat, written price and written scope before any work begins, no exceptions and no “we’ll see what it needs” pricing after we start. Clause 4 means the technician photographs the failed part before quoting a replacement, so you see exactly what we found. Every visit closes with a documented photo record and a written warranty, plus a 365-Day Done Right Promise that isn’t a handshake, it’s a terms page. Marcus Deller signs his name to that standard on every job, and Ray, Denise, and Tommy work to it every single day. One standard, every job, every technician, every time. Call (656) 216-3212 and you’ll get a person, a price, and proof. Written by Marcus Deller, Owner at Servo Garage Doors Brandon, serving Brandon, FL and the surrounding communities since 2015.
