Not a call center, not a corporate entity three states away. Background-checked, uniformed technicians on every job, with the license number on the page, not buried in fine print.

Insurance means that if something goes wrong beyond the workmanship scope, you’re not left holding a bill. License means the work is done to a standard the state can audit. The Haven Standard contributes the documentation system and the standards we agree to work to, but the license and the insurance are ours, held locally here in Brandon.
